How to use Lakadong turmeric from Meghalaya in your daily life for improved immunity

Lakadong turmeric which is grown only in Jaintia hills o Meghalaya is known for its high curcumin content (9-12%). This spices from Meghalaya helps build immunity, daily health & beauty.

And here is my top 3 favorite ways of incorporating Lakadong turmeric in my daily life.

As Breakfast: I start my day with a turmeric smoothie containing Bananas, cup of milk, teaspoon of honey & a pinch of Lakadong turmeric. This not only tastes delicious but also keeps me energetic in the morning.

As Lunch: Now as an Indian my staple food for lunch has always been Daal- Chawal. Replacing this turmeric instead of Regular turmeric in Daal has become really easy and beneficial shift in my cooking. Not only it is more healthier but also it makes the food taste richer & more flavorful.

As Dinner: I prefer keeping my dinner light, and comforting like a bowl of soup. Adding 1 spoon of Lakadong turmeric makes so much difference in taste, It also makes it easy to digest and acts like like an immunity booster.
